• Service has not yet started.
• Duplicate payment made by the customer.
• Service cannot be delivered due to our inability.

Non-Refundable Services

• Completed projects and delivered services.
• Website design and development services after approval.
• SEO and digital marketing services already performed.
• Domain registration and hosting purchases.
• Custom software development after project commencement.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation before project initiation. Once work has commenced, cancellation charges may apply.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days through the original payment method used for payment.
